This is generally what the process looks like if someone in your Lifegroup wants to get baptized:

1. Please direct them to read epicentre.org/baptism and fill out the baptism form.
2. Their Lifestage pastor will follow up with you and the person to talk through the baptism process and find out what support you need. (The person will either choose to get baptized during a Sunday service (usually 2x year) or they can do it with your Lifegroup at a smaller gathering!)
3. As their Lifegroup leader, you have the authority and privilege to guide them through baptism. We invite you to read through and discuss this guide (usually takes about 1 hour) Baptism - Bible Study & Writing Your Testimony.
4. If you plan to baptize them, you will need to go through the Lifegroup leader Baptizer Training. Please talk to your coach about this.
