1️⃣ Worship

Take some minutes to turn your attention to God and to enjoy who He is. He is worthy of worship simply because of who He is.

2️⃣ Word - Luke 10:17-21 (NIV)

17 The seventy-two returned with joy and said, “Lord, even the demons submit to us in your name.” 18 He replied, “I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven. 19 I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you.20 However, do not rejoice that the spirits submit to you, but rejoice that your names are written in heaven.” 21 At that time Jesus, full of joy through the Holy Spirit, said, “I praise you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hidden these things from the wise and learned, and revealed them to little children. Yes, Father, for this is what you were pleased to do.

3️⃣ Awaken (Meditation)

The disciples come back thrilled—they’ve seen power, miracles, and victory. But Jesus gently redirects their joy. The greatest miracle isn’t what they did for God; it’s that they’re known by Him. In fact, the root of their victories isn’t based on what they did for God, but it is rooted in that God knows them. To be “known by God” means you are seen, loved, and chosen—not because of what you accomplish, but because you belong to Him. Through Jesus we are chosen by God, and the Holy Spirit is the proof of our belonging to Him. Jesus Himself rejoices in this truth! The same joy that filled Him can fill you when you realize your worth doesn’t come from performance, but from relationship.

So before you move on to the next task or victory, pause. The One who sent you out also delights in knowing you.

4️⃣ Prayer Reflection

Lord, I am known by you. I will shout it on the mountain peaks and in the deepest valleys; the God of the universe knows me by name. You know me deeper than I know myself. I choose to rejoice in this truth always.

Father, what do You think about me today? And, how can I respond to that revelation of who You think I am?
