Scripture Discussion (30 mins)
Introduction:
- The book of Revelation does not introduce us to a new Jesus—it reveals the fullness of Jesus as the Risen King. In Revelation 1, we encounter Jesus not as a tame or familiar figure, but as the resurrected, reigning King—glorious, authoritative, and alive forevermore. This study invites us to move beyond a comfortable view of Jesus and to see Him rightly so that our worship and obedience are shaped by encountering the resurrected Christ.
